The manager just tried to upscale overpriced parts and services. I will tell everyone I know never go there or any Valvoline store again. The manager tested my battery that had bought there a year and a half ago that would not start my car. It tested bad he put it in the shop to change it and they dropped the new battery (the only one in stock)off the hood and split open. He sent me across town to get another one (would not call them to confirm that they had one) and they said that they were not part of their team and they didn’t even sale Valvoline batteries? So I went back and told me that he was emailing the supplier and he called me when it came in, when he tested it again he said it was reading good (I had to jump start to get it there)? He said that he wouldn’t give me a replacement because he would have to pay for it out of this store budget? The next morning it didn’t start so I when replace it at an Interstate battery store and went next door at a Jeffy Lub for an oil change. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!

Always come here to get my inspection done. They are professional and usually there isn’t a line. Pretty quick to get the job done. Highly recommend.

The biggest issue I had with this Valvoline Express Care was the management. I believe his name was Ray? Instead of listening to my concerns and trying to make things right, the manager came across as dismissive and acted like my concerns weren’t important. Customer service starts from the top, and when management doesn’t seem to care, it affects the entire experience. The whole visit felt rushed, and rather than taking the time to explain things or make sure the job was done properly, it seemed like the main focus was just getting cars in and out as quickly as possible. What made the experience even worse was the attitude I received when I tried asking questions about the service. Instead of getting straightforward answers or reassurance, I felt brushed off like I was inconveniencing them for wanting to know what was being done to my own vehicle. When you trust a shop with your car, you expect professionalism, communication, and attention to detail, but I didn’t get any of that here. A good manager would’ve handled the situation differently and at least tried to make the customer feel heard, but that didn’t happen. I’ve been to other lube shops before, and the difference in cust

The service was fine with the exception of the service person not making sure my truck hood was down and firmly shut. I was driving down the loop afterward and my truck hood was not firmly shut. I pulled over and did it myself. This is dangerous and I hope the service people will be more aware in the future. I will still have my oil changed here and get my inspections but I will be reminding them from now on to be sure the hood is closed properly.

Came on for the annual inspection. They got to it almost immediately and it was done probably within 15 minutes. I didn’t really check but I’d barely set down and it was ready to go. I always go there for my inspections, been going there for about 15 years and I’ve never had a problem.
